Mission Statement

The field of Neurology, especially Child Neurology, has become more complex than ever. The Nervous System controls and interacts with all organs and senses in our body. It is also affected by other body systems and by the environment. This explains why many Neurology sub-specialties have been developed over time. For example, there are now neurological branches that focus only on one organ or system such as the eye, ear, muscles and nerves, movement, heart and blood vessels, immunity, genes, chemistry, and so forth. What makes Child Neurology even more complex and challenging, the fact that children have unique differences from adults at each stage of their life from birth to adolescence. Therefore, each child and each case is like a piece of art or like a musical instrument, that I handle with passion as if that child was mine. By all means, the practice of Child Neurology is an “ART“!
